You can change your personal information (name, email, photo and password) on top of the settings page.
Go to the settings page and scroll down to “Change your timezone”. Choose the appropriate timezone from the list, then click the “Save” button.
Go to the settings page and scroll down to “Email notifications”. You can disable notes being delivered to your email inbox for each project you are assigned to.
Your data is safe – all data is written to multiple disks instantly, we back up daily and store in multiple locations. The servers we use are built to be secure and contain a number of capabilities that restrict unauthorized access.
Your billing information is even safer – SSL connections are used for the sign-in, user administration and all credit card transactions are processed using a secure encryption via secure sockets layer (SSL) connections.

We do provide unlimited support via email for paying customers. We do not provide support over the phone, because we don’t want to outsource our support. We do our best to respond every email personally and within a few hours. We are ticketing every request to ensure that nothing is left behind and we will be answering every email we will receive.
